All employees are enrolled to undertake regular and various training qualification. A selection has been listed below:

- CPCS - Banksman (Plant and Vehicle Marshaller)
- CPCS - Signal / Slinger
- CPCS - Telescopic handler
- IPAF - Mobile access equipment
- PASMA - Mobile Tower scaffold
- MEWP - Mobile elevating work platforms
- Confined space working (City and Guilds)
- Abrasive wheels
- Working at height
- All site personnel have CSCS skills cards
- Welder Qualifications test to various Welding Codes
